PrivateMile
Own every mile between the order and the door.
Plan the route, assign the driver, and see a late delivery coming while you can still fix it. One platform for the office, the road, and the person waiting.
Plugs into what you already run
Integrates with Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, Ecwid, Zapier, Webhooks, REST API.
What we do
Not a map with pins. The system that runs your delivery day.
From the moment an order arrives to the moment it’s proven at the door, every step has an owner — and most of them stop being manual.
01
Plan the day in minutes, not hours
Every order lands on one board. Group stops by area, drag them onto drivers, or let the optimizer propose a shorter stop order — and review it on the map before anything changes. A planning timeline shows when each driver reaches each stop, so you plan against the clock, not just the map.
02
Dispatch with judgement — yours or the AI’s
Auto-dispatch picks the right driver for every order and assigns it, against rules you set. An AI copilot handles the rest in plain language — “who can take two more stops?”, “assign these to the east team”. You stay in control: nothing is applied without your confirmation.
03
Know “it’s running late” before your customer does
Live ETAs recalculate as drivers move through traffic. When an order is on track to miss its window, the platform flags it and alerts your team — before the phone rings. Arrivals are detected automatically the moment a driver reaches the stop.
04
Prove every handoff, collect every payment
Photos, signatures, and notes on every delivery — enforced by rules you set. Print QR labels for your parcels and require drivers to scan them at the door, so the wrong package physically can’t be marked delivered. Cash-on-delivery is recorded the moment it’s collected. Disputes end with evidence, not arguments.
05
See what the operation really costs
On-time rates, driver leaderboards, fuel and distance cost per vehicle, and delivery reports your accountant can actually use. The numbers are measured from work actually completed — not estimated.
The suite
One platform. Three apps. Everyone covered.
A dispatch board on the web, plus native apps for owners, drivers and customers — each built for the one job that person does. They already know each other: assign an order on the board and it’s on the driver’s phone in under a second.
Admin app
For owners & managers · iOS, Android & web
Where the business is run — from a desk or from your pocket. Every behavior of the platform is a setting you control; nothing is imposed on your operation.
- Teams, roles, and permissions for staff
- Reports: on-time rates, fuel costs, driver pay
- Branding, notifications, and delivery rules
- Feature toggles — turn capabilities on when you’re ready
Dispatch board
For dispatchers · Web
The live command center. Every order, driver, and route on one map, with a timeline that plans the day hour by hour.
- Drag-and-drop assignment or one-tap auto-dispatch
- Route optimization with preview before applying
- Live ETAs, auto-arrival, late-order & driver-health alerts
- Built-in chat with every driver in the field
Driver app
For the field · iOS & Android
A clear list of stops and one obvious action per screen. Drivers learn it on their first route — and it keeps working in dead zones.
- Navigation handoff to the maps app they already use
- Proof of delivery: photo, signature, notes + QR parcel verify
- Cash-on-delivery collection, recorded instantly
- Offline mode and live earnings, when you enable them
Customer app
For your customers · iOS, Android & web
A live map of their delivery — in an app they install once, or a tracking page under your name and your domain if they would rather not. Either way they stop calling to ask where the driver is.
- Live driver location and arrival window
- Automatic SMS and email at every status change
- OTP-verified handoff for sensitive deliveries
- Your logo, your colors — we stay invisible
Industries
Built for whoever’s doing the delivering.
Same platform, very different days. Whether the cargo is a biryani, a prescription, or a refrigerator, the job is the same: get it there on time and prove it.
Restaurants & cloud kitchens
Hot food is a deadline, not a delivery. Timing-first planning, ETAs to the minute, and late flags raised while the order can still be saved.
Pharmacy & healthcare
Deliveries where proof matters. Signatures, ID checks, and OTP-verified handoffs — with an audit trail on every single order.
E-commerce & D2C brands
Orders flow in from Shopify or WooCommerce, customers watch a tracking page with your logo on it, and “where is my order?” calls quietly stop.
Couriers & 3PL fleets
Many clients, one board. COD reconciliation, per-driver pay, carrier handoff for overflow, and clean reporting for every account.
Grocery & essentials
Fifty stops before lunch. Dense route optimization, tight time windows, and a driver app that keeps pace with the morning rush.
Wholesale & distribution
Recurring B2B routes with real vehicles. Fuel and distance cost per truck, service-due reminders, and delivery windows businesses can plan around.
Laundry & home services
Every job is a pickup and a return. Paired stops stay in the right order automatically, and customers follow both legs live.
Furniture & appliances
Big items, big stakes. Scheduled delivery windows, arrival alerts, and photo proof that settles damage claims before they start.
The platform
Everything a dispatch desk does, done properly.
Routes that get shorter, ETAs that stay honest.
One tap proposes a shorter stop order — you review it as a list and on the map before anything changes. ETAs account for real road conditions and keep updating as the driver moves, so the time you quote at 9am still holds at 2pm. Arrival at a stop is detected automatically.
- One-tap route optimization with preview & confirm
- Traffic-aware ETAs, recalculated as drivers move
- Geofenced auto-arrival detection
- Predicted-late alerts before the customer feels it
The driver app that doesn’t care about dead zones.
Basements, rural routes, parking garages — deliveries don’t stop where the signal does. Completions, photos, signatures and payments are held on the device and sync the moment the connection returns. No lost proof, no double entries.
- Offline mode: queue, sync, and conflict-safe replays
- Proof of delivery: photo, signature, notes + QR-verified parcels
- Cash-on-delivery collection with payment records
- Live earnings: per task, per stop, per kilometer
The parts of dispatch you shouldn’t do by hand.
Auto-dispatch picks the right driver for every order and assigns it, against rules you set. Shift schedules keep night work with night drivers. An AI copilot answers “who’s late?” in plain language — and if a driver goes quiet or a route stalls mid-delivery, dispatch hears about it before the customer does.
- Auto-dispatch: nearest, round-robin, load-balanced
- Weekly shift scheduling per driver
- AI copilot over your live operations
- Ops health alerts: GPS lost, driver stalled, battery low
Know what every kilometer costs you.
Distance from completed work flows into vehicle odometers, fuel-cost reports and driver pay — automatically, and measured rather than estimated. Service reminders fire before the breakdown, not after. Insurance and registration expiries never sneak up on you.
- Fuel & distance cost per driver and vehicle
- Odometer accrual with service-due reminders
- Document expiry alerts: insurance, registration, permits
- Configurable driver pay: base, per-km, per-stop, bonuses
And the rest
All of it included. None of it extra.

Create, assign, and query orders in plain English.

FAQ
The questions every operations lead asks.
Something else on your mind? Write to distrx.io@gmail.com — a human answers.
How long does it take to get running?
Most teams dispatch their first order the same day. Add your drivers, import orders (or connect your store), and you’re live. We help with onboarding and data migration at no extra cost.
Do my drivers need training?
The driver app is built to be picked up in minutes: a clear list of stops, one primary action per screen, and turn-by-turn handoff to the maps app they already use. Most drivers are comfortable on their first route.
What happens when a driver loses signal?
With offline mode enabled, everything keeps working. Completions, proof photos, signatures, and payments are stored on the phone and synced safely once the connection returns — with duplicate protection built in, so nothing is lost or double-counted.
Can customers see my brand, not yours?
Yes. Tracking pages and notifications all carry your logo, colors, and domain. Your customers never need to know we exist.
How does pricing work?
Plans start at $150/month and scale with your monthly order volume — never with your driver count. Every plan includes all four apps, integrations, and support, and starts with a 15-day free trial. No per-driver fees, no paid add-ons.
Can it talk to the tools we already use?
Orders flow in automatically from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix, and Ecwid. Zapier and webhooks cover the rest, and a clean REST API is there when you want to build something custom.
Your next route could be the first one it plans.
Set up your fleet, import today’s orders, and watch the board come alive — most teams dispatch within the hour.
