Is PrivateMile working right now?
This page asks the platform directly, every time you load it. It is served from a different machine than the app, so if the app is down this page will still tell you so.

What this page checks
Four things, in the order they matter to a delivery day. API is whether the platform is answering at all — if it were not, this page would say so rather than load. Database is whether orders and drivers can be read and written. Live tracking is the realtime connection that puts drivers on the map and streams their position. Proof of delivery storage is where photos and signatures are kept.
Storage is reported separately, and a failure there shows as degraded rather than down, because it is the one component a delivery can survive without: the driver app queues proof on the phone and uploads it when the connection returns. Nothing is lost, it just arrives late.
What this page does not do yet
It shows you now, not history. There is no incident log and no published uptime percentage on this page yet, and we would rather say that than show you a number we have not been measuring long enough to stand behind.
What we can tell you is the record so far: over 1,000 deliveries have been dispatched through PrivateMile, and none of them was lost to a platform failure.
Something looks wrong to you
If this page says everything is fine and your board says otherwise, that gap is worth an email. Write to distrx.io@gmail.com with the time and what you were doing, and you will get a person rather than a ticket number.
Your next route could be the first one it plans.
Set up your fleet, import today’s orders, and watch the board come alive — most teams dispatch within the hour.
