Can we make a signature mandatory on every delivery?
Yes. Proof rules are set at the organisation level and enforced in the driver app — a driver cannot complete a stop until the required proof is captured. You can require photo, signature, notes, or a QR scan of the parcel label.
How does the one-time code handoff work?
When an order is flagged for OTP verification, the recipient receives a code by SMS. The driver enters the code the recipient reads out; the stop only completes if it matches. It is designed for controlled medication and anything you would not hand to a neighbour.
What if a driver loses signal in a hospital basement or a rural area?
With offline mode enabled, completions, photos, signatures and payments are stored on the phone and synced the moment the connection returns, with duplicate protection so nothing is lost or counted twice.
