Local delivery software for brands that deliver their own orders.
Orders flow in from your store, land on a board, and reach a driver’s phone without anyone retyping an address. Customers watch a tracking page with your logo on it — and the “where is my order?” emails quietly stop.
Why e-commerce & d2c brands teams pick it
Built for the way your deliveries actually go.
Connected to your store in an afternoon
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and Ecwid orders arrive automatically with the customer, address, items and notes attached. Zapier and a REST API cover everything else.
Tracking that looks like you
Your logo, your colours, your domain. Live driver location, arrival window, and automatic SMS and email at every status change.
Proof that ends chargebacks
Photo, signature and notes at the door, plus QR-verified parcels so the wrong package cannot be marked delivered. Evidence attached to the order, ready when a dispute lands.
Overflow to a carrier when you need it
Out-of-area orders hand off to FedEx, UPS or DHL with live tracking, from the same board your local routes run on.
From checkout to doorstep
A customer places an order on your store. Seconds later it is on the PrivateMile board with their name, phone, address, line items and any note they left at checkout. The address is geocoded, the delivery window applied, and the order is ready to assign.
Dispatch groups the day by area, drags stops onto drivers or lets the optimizer propose a shorter route and reviews it on the map first. Auto-dispatch can do the assigning for you against rules you set. Either way, the driver’s phone shows a clear list of stops with one action per screen.
What the customer sees
As soon as a driver is assigned they get a tracking link on a page that looks like your brand. A live map, an arrival window, an “arriving soon” message when the driver is close, and a delivered notification with the proof photo. It is the part of the experience most online stores hand to a carrier — and the part customers remember.
When something goes wrong
A late-running order is flagged before the customer feels it, so support can get ahead of the email. A disputed delivery has a photo, a signature and a GPS point attached. A parcel with a PrivateMile QR label physically cannot be marked delivered to the wrong address, because the driver has to scan it at the door.
Growing without changing tools
Multiple depots run as warehouses with zones. Out-of-area orders hand off to a carrier from the same board. Reports show on-time rates, cost per delivery and driver performance from work actually completed. Plans are priced by order volume, so a bigger fleet on peak days costs nothing extra.
Also in the box
And everything else, on every plan.
Integrations & API
Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, webhooks, REST API.
Bulk import
Up to 2,000 orders per CSV with per-row error reports.
Proof of delivery
Photo, signature, notes — and QR-verified parcel handoffs.
Carrier handoff
Route overflow to FedEx, UPS, DHL with live tracking.
Which store platforms connect directly?
Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Wix and Ecwid, each through a webhook you create once in your store’s settings. Orders arrive on the board within seconds of being placed. Zapier and the REST API connect anything else.
Can we import a day’s orders from a spreadsheet instead?
Yes. Bulk import takes up to 2,000 orders per CSV, with a per-row error report so a bad address never silently disappears.
Do customers know PrivateMile is involved?
No. Tracking pages and notifications carry your brand, and the tracking page can live on your own domain. We stay invisible.
What about orders outside our delivery area?
Carrier handoff routes them to FedEx, UPS or DHL with live tracking, so dispatch runs local and shipped orders from one screen instead of two systems.
