The week’s orders are imported or arrive from your ERP through the API. Each carries the customer, the dock address, the window the customer agreed to, and the notes the sales rep left. Dispatch assigns by zone — or auto-dispatch does — and the optimizer proposes a stop order per truck that dispatch reviews on the map before applying.

Drivers work from a clear list of drops with navigation handed to the maps app they already use. Arrival is detected by geofence. At the dock the driver captures the proof your rules require and moves on. In a warehouse with no signal, completions are held on the phone and synced later.

What the customer’s receiving team sees

A notification when the truck is assigned, another when it is twenty minutes out, and a tracking page with a live map — all carrying your company’s name. Fewer calls to your dispatcher, and fewer trucks waiting at a dock that was not ready.

The fleet side

Every completed route adds measured distance to the vehicle’s odometer. Fuel and distance cost are reported per truck and per driver. Service-due reminders fire at the mileage you set, and insurance, registration and permit expiries raise alerts before they lapse. Ops health alerts tell dispatch when a truck’s GPS drops, a driver stalls mid-route, or a phone battery is about to die.

Reporting for the business

On-time rate by customer, cost per drop, driver leaderboards and scheduled exports. The numbers are measured from work actually completed, so the operations review and the accounts agree. Plans are priced by monthly order volume with no per-driver or per-vehicle fees.
