Per-driver pricing charges you for growing. Every plan counts monthly orders instead, so a seasonal hire costs nothing and capacity is never a budget conversation.
Everything on every plan
Route optimization, proof of delivery, the AI copilot, integrations and white-label tracking are on the $150 plan. Nothing worth having is held back for a higher tier.
Nothing applied without confirmation
Optimization proposes and the AI copilot proposes; a dispatcher decides. Software that silently rearranges a delivery day eventually makes one expensive mistake and is never trusted again.
Measured, not estimated
On-time rate, distance, driver pay and cost come from real timestamps and routes actually driven. Reports built on the plan only measure your optimism.
Why it exists
Most delivery software is built either for enterprises coordinating carriers or for a single driver sequencing a list. The gap in the middle is large and badly served: the fleet with six to sixty drivers, running its own vans, taking orders from a store and a phone, that has outgrown a spreadsheet and cannot justify an implementation project.
That fleet has a specific set of problems. Orders arrive in three places and get retyped. The plan looks fine on a map and falls apart by 2pm. Nobody knows an order is late until the customer calls. Proof of delivery is a folder of unplaceable photos. Driver pay is argued about on Fridays. And the software bill goes up every time they hire.
PrivateMile is built for exactly that operation, and every design decision above follows from it.
What we build
One platform, four surfaces. A dispatch board on the web where the day is planned, assigned and watched. An admin app for owners and managers who run the business from their phone. A driver app built for one-handed use in the rain, with offline capture for basements and dead spots. And a customer tracking page that carries your brand rather than ours.
They already know each other. An order assigned on the board is on a driver's phone in under a second, and the customer's ETA updates at the same moment.
How we work with customers
Onboarding and migration help are included on every plan, because a tool nobody has set up properly is worth nothing. The trial is fifteen days with full access and no card, which is long enough to import a real week and run it in parallel with whatever you use today.
If something you rely on is missing, we would rather tell you before you switch than after. That is a commercially inconvenient policy and a cheap one compared to a customer who leaves in month three.
