Can you enforce a verified handoff to a named person?
Yes. Proof rules can require an OTP read by the recipient, or a signature with a printed name, and the stop cannot be completed until the required capture is done.
Do pickups get the same treatment as drop-offs?
Yes — a collection is a stop with its own proof requirements, timestamp and geofenced arrival, so the trail covers both ends of a specimen's journey.

Can drivers be restricted to jobs they are qualified for?
Yes. Driver skills are a constraint on assignment, so a job requiring specific handling or certification will not be auto-dispatched to a driver who does not have it.
