PrivateMile vs Bringg: an honest comparison.
Bringg is an enterprise delivery orchestration platform built for large retailers coordinating many carriers and fulfilment models. PrivateMile is built for fleets running their own drivers, live in an afternoon, priced publicly. Here is the difference.
The honest version
Who each one is for.
Both tools run real delivery operations. The difference is what kind of operation, and what you pay as it grows.
Choose PrivateMile if
You run a local fleet of your own drivers, want to be dispatching this week rather than after a procurement cycle, and want published pricing that starts at $150/month with every feature included.
Choose Bringg if
You are an enterprise coordinating many carriers, fulfilment models and regions, with the budget and the implementation team for a platform of that scope.

Where the two differ most
Different sizes of problem. Bringg solves carrier orchestration at enterprise scale: many fulfilment models, many carriers, many regions, integrated into large retail systems. That is a genuinely hard problem and it is not the one most local fleets have.
PrivateMile solves the local fleet’s problem: get today’s orders onto a board, plan them against the clock, assign them by rule, watch them, prove them, pay the drivers, and know what it cost.
Time to running. This is the practical difference. A PrivateMile account can be importing real orders the same afternoon, and the trial is fifteen days with no card. Enterprise platforms of Bringg’s class involve scoping, implementation and a procurement cycle, which is appropriate for their buyer and heavy for a fleet of fifteen vans.
Price transparency. Ours is published and starts at $150/month with everything included. Enterprise pricing is quoted. Neither is wrong — but if you are comparing them, you are probably not the enterprise buyer.
What switching looks like
Most teams run both side by side for a few days on the trial: same orders, same drivers, two boards. Import is a CSV, the driver app installs from the App Store or Google Play, and tracking pages go live with your logo the same day. If something you rely on today is missing here, we would rather tell you before you switch than after.
Pricing
Priced by volume. Never per driver.
Per-driver pricing punishes you for growing. We don’t. Every plan includes all four apps and support — pick by monthly order volume, and scaling your fleet never means renegotiating your stack.
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial — full access, no card required.

Is PrivateMile suitable for a large fleet?
It is built for growing local fleets and priced by order volume, so it scales with the business rather than with driver count. For multi-region, multi-carrier enterprise orchestration, a platform in Bringg's class is the right category.
How quickly can we be live?
Most teams import customers and drivers, set their rules and run a real day within the first week. Onboarding help is included on every plan.
Do you integrate with our existing systems?
There is a REST API with per-client keys, field mappings and outbound webhooks for every delivery event, plus native connections to the common store platforms and Zapier. Tell us what you need to connect and we will tell you plainly whether it is covered.
